Robert Stewart:

As a pioneer of depicting conceptual art, Robert Stewart's rich and meritorious work encompass his heavy incorporation of both mythology and philosophy. As a prominent private figure among art collectors, Robert Stewart's artistic style introduces individuals to the difficulties that shaped his life. Raised in Washington, D.C, the capital of the United States, Stewart began painting in the 1940s at the early age of five. In his later years, Stewart channeled his life occupations in his collections through knowledge of owning and operating a boat business in Hawaii from 1971 - 1983. Stewart served as Rank E.G on the SS. 337 Carbonero and on the USS Jack SSN 605 with honorable discharge from the United States submarine on 1958 - 1966.

Stewart's early work - which includes landscapes, portraits, and abstract - demonstrates his ability to blend conceptualism and surrealism. Recently, Stewart explored the expression of mythological influences in cultures leading to the conception of Bolivian Salt Flats Collection and several other pieces of art, which employed a blending of colors to convey synthesia - the ability to taste the feeling and emotions of the human experience through color befalling the viewer's eye.

"People can only know emotion through experience, but the true sentiment of the human experience is in where we learn empathy. I want to touch people to empathize with feelings that are distant or unknown to them" - Robert Stewart.
