Payment and Shipping
ARRANGE FOR PAYMENT
If your bid is successful, you'll receive the following on the email you provided shortly after the sale:
- An invoice (the hammer price plus the buyer's premium as well as any applicable taxes)
- Payment instructions
- Property collection notice including date of availability and location of your property
- Shipping information
Payment is due within seven days after the auction.
We accept wire transfers, bank drafts or cashier's orders, cash or checks. Under certain circumstances, some ZenyCollection may accept payment by credit card at our main office.
Successful bidders in online-only auctions must pay via credit card via telephone only to secure the privacy of our buyers and the sensitive information being handled.
MAKE SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS
We can help you arrange packing and shipping or you can use your own carrier. Please contact the Art Transport Department for further details.
For buyers in online-only auctions, property is shipped to the address you provided during your registration process. It is not possible to collect online-only auction purchases in person; all purchases must be shipped.
